Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Golden Curry Mix
  • 3 Medium Potatoes
  • 2 Medium Sweet Onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Cups Sushi Rice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Water per Golden Curry instruction

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut all vegetables into bite sized pieces
  • Wash sushi rice and cook according to package
  • Put oil in a pan over medium high heat and sauté onions, potatoes, and carrots
  • Add in water to the vegetables and simmer
  • Add in curry mix and stir until well dissolved. Continue simmering.
  • Plate curry and rice together and enjoy.
