Vegetable Curry

- 1 Box Golden Curry Mix
- 3 Medium Potatoes
- 2 Medium Sweet Onions
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Cups Sushi Rice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Water per Golden Curry instruction
Wash and cut all vegetables into bite sized pieces
Wash sushi rice and cook according to package
Put oil in a pan over medium high heat and sauté onions, potatoes, and carrots
Add in water to the vegetables and simmer
Add in curry mix and stir until well dissolved. Continue simmering.
Plate curry and rice together and enjoy.
