S'mores Pops
A fun take on classic s'mores with the marshmallows being dipped into chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.

12 popsicle sticks
Parchment paper
Cookie Sheet
- 12 Large marshmallows
- 1 sleeve graham crackers
- 12 oz chocolate chips
Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet to hold dipped marshmallows
Put each marshmallow on a stick and set aside
Melt chocolate chips using a double broiler or microwaving them in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval
Crush graham crackers and place on a flat surface such as a cookie sheet or plate
Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate then immediately roll the chocolate part through the graham cracker crumbs. Place each marshmallow standing up on the parchment paper
Place dipped marshmallows in the fridge to solidify chocolate before serving.
